Kara Gier
Client Service Associate
Kara Gier joined The Kelly Group in October 2023 as a Client Service Associate. She brings eighteen years of experience in high-end hospitality to the firm, nine of which were dedicated to office and event management.
Kara is skilled at bringing a sense of small-town closeness to upscale environments. That outlook drew her to The Kelly Group, with its small-town values and where Team members are treated like family. She understands the importance of attention to detail and looks forward to providing clients of The Kelly Group with the highest level of service.
Kara has a lifelong background of artistry. Her experience as a classically trained singer opened opportunities to travel throughout Europe performing with a Welsh choir. Having studied music and theater at Towson University, Kara has also served as an actor, set designer, costume designer, and makeup artist for many productions in Baltimore's independent film industry. This has taught her to appreciate the importance of creativity in every aspect of life and helped her grow into someone who turns visions into deeds.
Kara lives in Bel Air with her husband and their two children.
