TKG partners to sponsor Local Athlete Annie Huettel at Rugby World Games

The Kelly Group has partnered with Orange Theory Fitness, McComas Funeral Homes, Henninger & Henninger, LLC and Freedom Federal Credit Union to support and sponsor local high school rugby athlete Annie Huettel of Aberdeen High School as she travels to Europe to compete in the 2023 World Games in Austria against the highest-level athletes in the world.  Annie is the first athlete selected from Harford County to represent the United States in this global tournament and she has been in the USA Olympic Player Pool since she was 15!  This past week, leading up to the World Games, Annie and her team, The North American Lions, traveled to Heidelberg, Germany to participate in the North American Invitational Under 18 Tournament where they defeated the Netherlands, Dubai, France, Canada and Germany to take the championship! 

Annie and her teammates are on their way now to Austria for the World Games which begin later this week.  We are so proud of these young women and will keep you updated!!
