Hold Them Close Program

On Monday, December 5th, Michele Wolbert joined her fellow Albert P. Close Foundation board members as they presented a grant check to Ken Ferrara, Executive Director of the Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation.  The funds were earmarked for the Hold Them Close program (a program created to assist babies born drug exposed).  The remaining funds are to assist in funding staff at the Klein Family Harford Crisis Center.  Michele serves as president of the Close Foundation board.
