Harford Legacy Farm Event 2023

On Saturday, June 10, TKG members attended and sponsored the Harford Legacy Farm Event at the Harford Equestrian Center.  This event was hosted by The Farmers & Community Partnership with Harford County Farm Bureau, the Harford Soil Conservation District, and Harford Land Trust and worked to identify and award legacy farms in Harford County.  A legacy farm must have been continuously owned by the same family for at least 100 years, maintaining at least 10 acres of the original purchase, and continues to be actively farmed.
