On Wednesday, May 22, esteemed local attorney Albert J.A. “Jay” Young was honored with the 2024 Harford County Good Scout Award from the Boys Scouts of America Baltimore Area Council.

The recognition is presented to those who consistently embody the fundamental principles of the Boy Scouts of America in their everyday lives, as articulated in the Scout Oath and Law.

Among those present to congratulate Jay were The Kelly Group’s partners: Tom Cusick, Chad Arrington, and Bryan Kelly, alongside financial advisor and principal, Jodi Davis.
