On Wednesday, October 19th, Bryan and Katherine Kelly (pictured with HCPL CEO, Mary Hastler) attended the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the new Darlington Library branch, now located on Conowingo Road in Street. Katherine is a past HCPL Foundation Board member and the Kellys have been long-time supporters of the library.
