Chad’s G2 Leadership Institute Graduation

Partner Chad Arrington graduated from the G2 Leadership Institute program on November 3, 2022, in Austin, Texas. This program is led by Philip Palaveev, CEO of The Ensemble Practice out of Seattle, Washington, and author of The Ensemble Practice and G2: Building the Next Generation. The G2 Leadership Institute program is a two-year program focused on leadership and business management development within the financial services industry. The cohort of forty professionals, from around the country and Canada, completed coursework in various topics, including firm management and governance, conflict and change management, strategic growth plans, and business development. The culminating event featured keynote speakers and a final presentation from Chad’s group outlining a business plan and key decisions for a simulated firm followed by questions and feedback from the program leaders and coaches.
