ARC Sprout Film Festival

On November 16th, Michael Bertrand and his wife Denise attended the Arc Northern Chesapeake Region’s Sprout Film and Art Festival at the Richlin Ballroom. The Festival highlights the many talents of people with differing abilities, in the areas of film, poetry, art and music. The Kelly Group was a Director Level Sponsor of the event. Michael serves on the ARC’s foundation board and sat on the committee that chose the films that were selected to be viewed at the event.
