On Thursday, May 19th, Rick Fletcher attended the 36th Annual Al Cesky Scholarship Fund Awards Banquet at the Richlin Event Center.  The organization presented 24 scholarships to Harford County high school seniors who excel in both athletics and academics. Rick (pictured far left) joined some of the Al Cesky Board Members in celebrating these fine students.
